At Bellissima.pk, every piece is crafted on a made-to-order basis to ensure the highest quality for your wardrobe.

1. Delivery Timeline

Processing & Shipping Time: All orders are delivered within 9 to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Please note: Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

2. Courier Partner

We partner with PostEx to ensure safe, reliable, and trackable delivery of your parcels right to your doorstep across Pakistan.

3. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp from PostEx allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real time.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your order total and delivery location.

5. Delivery Attempts & Contact

PostEx will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. Please ensure your contact number and full address provided at checkout are accurate so the rider can reach you smoothly.
If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact us via WhatsApp within 12 hours of placing your order.
